A number of ships and bases of the Royal Navy have been named HMS "Sultan".

*HMS "Sultan", a 74-gun third rate ship of the line of the Royal Navy, launched in 1775 at Harwich, converted for use as a prison ship in 1797, and broken up in 1816.
