Julian Eggebrecht is president and creative director of
Factor 5 , avideo game developer located inMarin County, California , with additional R&D offices inCologne, Germany .Eggebrecht founded Factor 5 in
Germany in 1989 and moved the company toCalifornia in 1996 for the purpose of closer working with their largest partner,LucasArts .He was a technology partner in the development of the
Nintendo Gamecube andWii consoles, and was a member of theSony PS3 Edge toolset group. He and teams from his company have pioneered many technological advancements in Audio and Visuals in video games with collaboration withDolby Labs ,THX , andAMD /ATI .His games include
Turrican ,Star Wars Rogue Squadron ,Indiana Jones ,International Superstar Soccer Deluxe , and Contra. He served on the board of theIGDA and has been a board member of theGame Developers Conference since 1999. He just completed work on the PS3 exclusive game Lair.At the 2007
