Traffic and Weather (song)
- Traffic and Weather (song)
"Traffic and Weather" is a song by the pop-rock group, Fountains of Wayne, from their 5th album, Traffic and Weather. The inspiration for the title song is "Traffic and Weather Together", a regular feature of WCBS-AM, a news radio station in New York City. The station then featured members of the band in an interview, in which they admitted that the feature actually inspired the song. The song also mentions Chuck Scarborough and Sue Simmons, two veteran news personalities on WNBC-TV in New York.
