Philip Morgan was a Welsh Bishop of Worcester who in late 1423 was selected to fill the Archbishopric of York. However, his election was quashed on 14 February 1424.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 282]

He was elected to the see of Worcester on 24 April 1419 and consecrated on 2 December 1419.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 279]

He was translated to be Bishop of Ely on 27 February 1426. He died on 25 October 1435.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 244]
