Philip Morgan was a Welsh Bishop of Worcester who in late 1423 was selected to fill the Archbishopric of York. However, his election was quashed on 14 February 1424.[Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 282] ]He was elected to the see of Worcester on 24 April 1419 and consecrated on 2 December 1419.[Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 279] ]He was translated to be Bishop of Ely on 27 February 1426.
