Paul Easter (born May 14, 1963) is a retired freestyle swimmer from Scotland, who competed in two consecutive Summer Olympics for Great Britain, starting in 1984 (Los Angeles, California). There he claimed the bronze medal in the 4×200 m freestyle relay, alongside Neil Cochran, Andrew Astbury, and Paul Howe.

Easter is now a police officer at the Nottinghamshire Police. He is the dive team leader in the underwater-search unit.
