universities before applying, manyuniversities give candidates the chance to meet them face-to-face at university fairs.Open Days
A
university open day is an event held by the university in question, on theircampus . They will be represented by members from various faculties throughout theuniversity , and offer the chance for prospective students to get a feel for the variety of study options, as well as the social activities and societies on offer at theirinstitution .Students will get the chance to attend talks and workshops on subjects of interest to give a better idea of what the courses entail. Many university open day will be lead by current students.
Universities will advertise the details and dates of their open days on theirwebsites , and these will usually coincide these to fall in line with application dates each year.Fairs
