Annascaul or Anascaul (Irish place name|Abhainn an Scáil or Abha na Scáil) is a village on the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, Ireland.

Different suggestions as to the original meaning of the name include "Scáil's River" ( _ga. Scáil Ní Mhúirnáin is a character in a local legend), "River of the Shadows", or "Ford of the Heroes".

It had a population in 2006 of 271 according to the census conducted in that year by the Central Statistics Office of Ireland, a rise from the figure of 202 recorded at the previous census in 2002.
