Bcr-abl fusion protein

Bcr-abl fusion protein

Bcr-abl fusion protein is an oncogene fusion protein consisting of BCR and ABL.

It is associated with Philadelphia chromosome.

BCR ABL Fusion Protein comes in three flavors P190, P210 and P230 depending on the breakpoint on the BCR Fragment.

The P190 isoform can be produced by alternative splicing from the P210 isoform.
