CKY's fourth studio album. It is due to be released sometime in 2009 on Roadrunner Records.

On August 20, 2007, Deron Miller had this to say about the CD:

The band had a fallout during their last tour, and Deron Miller had not spoken to Jess Margera or Chad Ginsburg since October 2007, and the band did not say anything about the album to fans since then, and therefore the album would most likely be delayed. However, Deron is now in touch with all the other band members and they are on good terms. He also recently posted a blog on his World Under Blood MySpace stating that CKY is "coming back", and Chad later confirmed on Bam Margera's Radio show, Radio Bam, that CKY is indeed back together. The new album is already about 50% done, according to Deron from an interview with Revolver magazine shortly before the fallout.

Return to the Studio

On June 7th, 2008, after Deron made the announcement that CKY's latest troubles were over, he posted another blog on his World Under Blood's Myspace page stating that CKY has returned to the studio to finish their 4th album with the addition of Matt Deis on bass.

On August 2nd, 2008, Jess released a statement on the message boards of his official website: "I just went to the studio yesterday and recorded 3 more drum tracks. It was really good to hang with those guys again. There is such a good morale between everyone and just an all around positive experience, something which has been um, I guess the word is "misplaced" for the past couple years. It's fucking amazing how good everything is sounding, which just goes to show how much potential this band has when everyone is getting along and has wind in their sails. No release date predictions yet."

On August 21st, Deron posted another blog on his World Under Blood's Myspace page stating: "I finally moved, and its a big pain in the ass! I'm going back east on the 23rd though to finish the long overdue CKY record. I cant wait to hear it when its done. It's brilliant. Then in October I can get in with Luke and do some tracking on the WUB record before CKY hits the road again."

CKY has also stated on their official Myspace page that they are indeed back in the studio, and a photo was posted on the CKY Alliance website showing Deron, Jess and Chad in the studio.

Deron Miller has recently stated on the World Under Blood Myspace page that the album will not be released until 2009.

Deron posted another blog on the WUB Myspace page on October 4, stating; "I never would have imagined it ever happening but we are 98% done tracking the new CKY record. All that's left is some finishing touches and a this and a that and then chad mixes it. I've been away for a while and wanted to check in and say hi. We're going to get in touch with you all soon but all I'm going to say about the new album right this second is...HOLY FUCKING SHIT."

Tour

CKY announced they are playing 1 show on October 28 in New Jersey, and 2 Halloween concerts, titled "Hellview III" on October 30th and 31st at Bam Margeras bar, "The Note" in West Chester.
