The submarine U-775 torpedoed and sunk HMS "Bullen", the torpedo struck HMS "Bullen" midships. This incident happened at position coord|58|30|N|05|03|W northwest of Strathy Point, Scotland on
December 6 ,1944 . Of the crew of HMS "Bullen" 71 died and 97 survived. The wrecksite is designated as a "protected place" under theProtection of Military Remains Act 1986 .General Information
