Sennon

Sennon is a country in the fictional land of Ithiana, from the fantasy trilogy Age of the Five. It is a large desert country, with an Emperor for monarch.

Throughout the trilogy the Emperor of Sennon chooses not to favour any religion over another, which puts a strain on its relations with Circlian countries (who don’t believe any other gods exist). This leads to Sennon allying with Southern Ithiania in the invasion of Northern Ithiana, an alliance he breaks after their defeat.

Sennon later allies with the White as they attempt to invade Southern Ithiana, although this only results in the death of Pentadrian and Circlian gods, who are revealed to be the same. The Emperor also has a deathbed conversion to the Cult of the Maker some 50 years after the war, indicating a new direction for Sennon and possibly the whole of Ithiana.
