Hanna Kay

Hanna Kay is an Australian artist.

Kay was born in Tel-Aviv, Israel, where she held several exhibitions before moving to Europe in 1971 to further her artistic interests. After studying and exhibiting in Austria and Germany she transferred her studio to New York where she lived and worked for almost a decade, exhibiting in the U.S., Europe and Israel. Since 1989 she has been living, working and exhibiting in NSW, Australia, and since 2000, living in Blandford, a small country village near Murrurundi, in the Upper Hunter.

Her work has been reviewed extensively, featured in numerous art books, and is represented in numerous public and private collections around the world. Her work has been featured on ABC Local Radio in Newcastle. [cite news
