Chippubetsu (秩父別町, Chippubetsu-chō^?) is a town located in Uryū District, Sorachi Subprefecture, Hokkaidō, Japan.

As of 2007, the town has an estimated population of 2,945 and a density of 65.30 persons per km². The total area is 47.26 km².
