István Serényi

István Serényi

István Serényi ( _de. Istvan Schlesinger, August 26, 1911 – October 3, 1996) was a Hungarian field handball player who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics.

He was born and died in Budapest.

Serényi was part of the Hungarian field handball team, which finished fourth in the Olympic tournament. He played four matches.

He was a member of the VAC (Vívó és Atlétikai Club) (engl. Fencer and Athletics Club), Budapest.
