Enrico Molina Alvarez is the current Mayor of Noveleta, Cavite from 2007 up to present.Alvarez started as a Municipal Engineer from 1993 up to 2003. Afterwards, he ran as a Vice Mayor in the party of Nacionalista-Magdalo with Librado "Liit" Reyes, Jr. running as Mayor. He won as a Vice Mayor from 2004 up to 2007.

As of 2004, he won as a Vice Mayor in Nacionalista-Partido Magdalo in the ticket of Librado "Liit" Reyes Jr. The mayor in 2004 was Arlynn Torres.

In his term as a Vice Mayor he want a progressive town of Noveleta. Then he files his Certificate of Candidacy for Mayor.
