Frank Costa (American football)
- Frank Costa (American football)
Frank Costa is a former American football quarterback for the University of Miami from 1993 to 1994. Despite receiving criticism for being the weak part of an otherwise strong team [http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m1208/is_n20_v218/ai_15924173] , Costa finished his college career with a record of 19-4 as a starter, including a memorable win against top-ranked rival Florida State on October 8, 1994 [http://www.allcanes.com/blog/2006/08/countdown-miami-v-florida-state-game-4.html] .
