"Werewolf vs. Unicorn" is the first episode of season three of the television comedy series Robot Chicken, the season premiere.

This is the first time that an episode has aired without the opening sequence, the opening credits are added to the end.

eth's Revenge

In a continuation from Book of Corrine cliffhanger, the nerd, Seth Green, and other murdered staff members take revenge on Matthew Senreich, Mike Lazzo, and Keith Crofford for murdering them at the telethon, but decide not to kill Matt since killing them gave them better health insurance, and life continues normal except for the smell and food.
* On the gravestone where Seth Green is buried it says, "Cha-Ching", a reference to the Rally's Hamburger Commercial in which he appeared.
*When Matthew Senreich's cell phone rings it starts playing Michael Jackson's Thriller, to which the zombies start dancing.

Fantasy Island

A parody of TV's Fantasy Island, the guest is disappointed that all his fantasies are not realized, as Hervé Villechaize turns out to be a midget.

Defenders of the Earth

The Defenders of the Earth, Mandrake the Magician, Flash Gordon, The Phantom, turn out not to be able to defend the earth, as they are just a glorified Neighborhood Watch association, just defending one block of the Earth.

nork Tubes

We discover what the "tubes" on The Snorks heads are for.

The Shouter

In a parody of the TV commercials for The Clapper, where high volume vocalizations (usually laced with obscenities) takes the place of clapping to turn on and off various appliances.

The Sad Fate of Soundwave

The Decepticon Soundwave from TV's The Transformers discovers he's a little dated while spying on an "ultimate death ray". His internal tape is discovered to be a mixtape "Summer Lovin' - 1985"; he runs on D batteries. The 2 scientists building the death ray rip the tape out, killing Rumble in the process, and remove Soundwave's batteries, shutting him down.

After being missing for several days, Megatron and Shockwave discover he is being sold on EBay for $500 - with a $1,000 "buy it now" option.

Gyro-Robo News Hour

There's trouble on the Gyro-Robo news hour when Daniel is harassed by a neighbour, and is forced to go to a commercial break when his mom calls to him, telling him that she has made Snickerdoodles.

Fraternity Shake

The elaborate and violent nature of college fraternity handshakes is shown.

You Like Basketball?

A man about to undergo a prostate examination is shocked by his doctor, who, wearing an over-sized foam novelty "#1 hand" is about to proceed with the examination.

Naming the Animals

Adam is bestowed the power to name all the animals of the Earth by God. After naming the horse and the bear, a flamboyant friend named Steve assists in naming the peacock, swallow, and the ramburgler.

The Game of Life

We learn about how the spinner in The Game of Life can affect everything.

leestak Library

A Sleestak whose cell phone goes off in the library, leading to the others to "shhh" him. The "shhh" become simply "sssss", a trademark sound of the TV characters.

Illegal Alien Problems

Governor Schwarzenegger investigates the illegal immigration issue with "illegal aliens" Speedy Gonzales, Dora the Explorer, Slowpoke Rodriguez, and Zorro. Technical innovations on the "high tech border fence" are explained by border guard Sylvester the Cat. Gov. Schwarzenegger turns to the aid of Superman who is on his way to deport El Dorado. When Schwarzenegger asks Superman about his origins, Superman flies away - and when a border guard asks Schwarzenegger how he got into the country, he also flies away ("Up, up, and away!").

* The ringtone on Matthew Seinrich's cell phone in Seth's Revenge is Michael Jackson's Thriller, and as a reference to the video, the zombies performed the iconic Thriller dance when Seinrich's cell phone ringtone played.
