"Mountains" is the eighth studio album released by American country music group Lonestar. Their final album for BNA Records, it produced two singles for them on the Hot Country Songs charts: "Mountains" at #10 and "Nothing to Prove" at #51. It was also the last album of their career to feature Richie McDonald on lead vocals.

"Careful Where You Kiss Me" was also recorded by Andy Griggs on his 2005 album "This I Gotta See".
