Aleksei Balandin

Aleksei Aleksandrovich Balandin (December 20 n.s., 1898 — May 22, 1967) was Russian/Soviet chemist member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR His primary contribution lies in the field of organic catalysis, where is known as the developed of the multiplet theory of catalysis. He is the author of several books, and many scientific papers.
