Smith, 1892Nesopupa turtoni is a species of very small air-breathing land snail, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the family Vertiginidae. Endemic to Saint Helena island, this species was thought to be extinct[1] until its rediscovery in 2003.[2][dead link]
The shell of this species is up to 2.5 mm long and 1.2 mm wide, with a dumpy sub-cylindrical shell and a squarish aperture.
