YL Male Voice Choir (Also: Helsinki University Chorus, YL) ( _fi. Ylioppilaskunnan Laulajat) was founded by
P.J. Hannikainen in 1883 to become theHelsinki University choir and therefore it is the oldest Finnish language choir.
