"Epitonium jukesianum" is a species of very small predatory sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Epitoniidae, the wentletraps.

Distribution

This species is endemic to south east Australia and the North Island of New Zealand.

Habitat

This wentletrap is found in sandy, shallow water on the open coast.

hell description

The shell is small and narrow, with a very slender spire, and sculptured with numerous sharp lamellose axial ribs, about 18 to 20 per whorl, the interstices smooth.

The shell coloration is a shining white.

The shell height is up to 13 mm, and the width up to 4 mm.
