Abdul Cader Shahul Hameed (April 10, 1928 - September 3, 1999) was a Sri Lankan diplomat and political figure.
Hameed, a member of Sri Lanka's Muslim minority, was born in the town of Kurugoda, Akurana. He became active in the United National Party and after it won elections in 1977 he became one of the highest-ranking members of the government. He was Cabinet Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka from 1977 to 1989, Cabinet Minister of Higher Education from 1989 to 1993 and Cabinet Minister of Foreign Affairs again from 1993 until his party lost elections in 1994. He led the government delegation at unsuccessful peace talks with Tamil rebels in 1989. He died in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
