Viktor Samsonov

Viktor Nikolaevich Samsonov ( _ru. Виктор Николаевич Самсонов) was the acting Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 1996. He was replaced by Anatoly Kvashnin.
