Paul Franklin Hartzell (born November 2, 1953, in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania) is a former professional baseball player who played six seasons for the California Angels, Minnesota Twins, Baltimore Orioles, and Milwaukee Brewers of Major League Baseball.
