WTCY is the on-air identifier for an Urban Adult Contemporary formatted radio station in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The station is owned by Cumulus Media.

Though it started as AM 1400, WTCY is now branding as "The Touch 95.3", using the frequency of FM translator W237DE. WTCY's source programming now comes from the HD2 subchannel of Cumulus FM sister station WNNK.
