Lawrence Khai Saen-Phon-On ( _th. ลอเรนซ์ คายน์ แสนพลอ่อน, birth date|1928|8|17 – death date|2007|7|24) was archbishop of Thare and Nonseng in northeast Thailand from 1980 till his retirement in 2004.
Born in Ban Thung-Mon , Mueang Sakon Nakhon district, he became priest in Thare on January 16 1957. He was appointed as archbishop of Thare and Nonseng on March 6 1980, and consecrated on July 16 1980 by his predecessor Michel Kien Samophithak. On May 14 2004 his resignation was accepted [cite news|url=http://www.fides.org/eng/news/2004/0405/15_2368.html|title=Archbishop Lawrence Khai Saen-Phon-On of Thare and Nonseng resigns|publisher=Agenzia Fides|date=May 15 2004] . He died on July 24 2007, and was buried on July 28.
