Evaristo Beccalossi, is an Italian footballer best known for his career at Inter Milan. He was a left-footed playmaker and was renown for his exquisite skills, but was never capped for Italy.
Originally from
Brescia , he became a favorite of the Inter Milan fans, where he spent the majority of his career, from 1978-79 to 1983-84. He donned the Inter jersey in 216 games, scored 37 goals and helped the team win a Serie A Championship (1979-80) and aCoppa Italia (1981-82). "Becca," as he is referred to by his fans, became instantly recognizable on the field thanks to his number-10 jersey, as well as his trademark long, curly hair. Together with Inter Milan famous center-forwardAlessandro Altobelli , Beccalossi formed one of the longest standing soccer partnerships ofSerie A 's recent history.
