Personality And Traits

Aqua Centrum is an independent woman, and one of the things she dislikes is when people force her to do things. She's also somewhat modest at heart, but due to certain circumstances, she was forced to wear the DFC Suit, which resembles a revealing swimsuit, something that embarrasses her greatly.

A running gag in Super Robot Wars MX is that Aqua is one of the oldest pilots in the playable roster. At 23 years of age, she is constantly dismayed with the fact that she is older than many of her comrades, as most of them are either teenagers (such as pilots from Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ and Metal Armor Dragonar) or children (such as pilots from Gear Fighter Dendoh).

History

MX Timeline

Aqua is the student apprentice to former military researcher, Eldy Middi. She idolizes Eldy's independence and wishes to be like her, ever since she ran away from home after being forced to do many things she didn't want to. Aqua is later selected as the operator of a new mobile, combat unit (either Garmraid of Cerberus), assisting Hugo Medio in piloting the mech. At first, the two did not get along at all, but as time passed, their relationship improved.

When the prototype Medius Locus unit was stolen, Aqua became involved in the war that brewed around its capture. She found out that Eldy was one of the masterminds behind the theft, and Eldy slowly descended into madness, Aqua became deeply depressed, after learning that her mentor was no longer the woman she used to respect. She got over her depression, thanks to Hugo and they defeated Eldy and her companions that threatened the world.

After the war, Aqua takes over Eldy's position and became an instructor in the academy she used to study.

Original Generation Timeline

Aqua makes a cameo appearance in Super Robot Wars Original Generation Gaiden, debuting as an understudy to Eldy. In this incarnation, Aqua is part of the Earth Federation Army, and is fan of the Aggressors unit. She would get the chance to meet with unit leader, Kai Kitamura, and mistake Lamia Loveless for his wife. While she asks for their autograph, she states Lamia's outfit is a bit skimpy to wear (ironically, Aqua will most likely wear the revealing DFC Suit, once the main MX storyline is integrated into the Original Generation timeline).
