The Terminal Sales Building is a historic building in Portland, Oregon. One of the few pieces of prominent Art Deco architecture in Portland, it is the only high-rise example. This was an A.E. Doyle project, an anomaly for the usually classical revival and beaux arts architect. The building's design was the work of Frank Higgens. [King, Bart: An Architectural Guidebook to Portland, pgs. 55-56. Gibbs Smith, 2001]

The building was completed in 1927, standing 155 feet (47 m) tall, with 13 above-ground floors. The Terminal Sales Building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 17, 1991. [cite web
