Douglas Glenn Fisher (born 28 November 1942 in Windsor, Ontario) was Liberal party member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was a businessman by career.

He represented the Mississauga North electoral district after winning that riding in the 1980 federal election. Fisher served only one term in the 32nd Canadian Parliament before his defeat in 1984 federal election to Robert Horner of the Progressive Conservative party.

He also campaigned unsuccessfully against Horner in the 1988 federal election at the Mississauga West riding.

From 1975 to 2005, he operated a bookselling company that sold Canadian books to schools and libraries across the country.
