Yumi Adachi (安達祐実, born "Hasegawa Yumi", 長谷川祐実, on 14 September 1981) is a Japanese actress, model and singer.

Yumi was born in Taito, Tokyo, Japan. She made her modelling debut at two years of age and her J-Pop singing debut on 23 June 1993, aged almost twelve. Her big break was in 1994, with the drama "Ie Nakiko" (「家なき子」).

Adachi graduated from Horikoshi High School, where she was classmates with Osaka Kintetsu Buffaloes pitcher Hisashi Iwakuma.

Her marriage to Jun Itoda was announced on 14 September 2005, her 24th birthday, when she was two months pregnant. The marriage ceremony was conducted on 13 November 2005 in a small chapel in Tokyo with 30 family members from both sides of the family. 150 of their geinou friends attended the wedding reception dinner that night. Her baby was due on 17 April 2006, however a healthy baby girl was born to her 5 days early, on 12 April 2006 at a Tokyo hospital. It was said that Jun Itoda was not present at the birth because of work commitments that day, but came to see Yumi and the baby after his work schedule.
