The Blue-headed Quail-dove ("Starnoenas cyanocephala") is a species of bird in the Columbidae family. It is monotypic within the genus "Starnoenas".It is endemic to Cuba.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical swamps, and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.It is threatened by habitat loss.
