Paul Cooper (born 7 June 1982 in York, England) [Oakes, P.(2004). "British Speedway Who's Who". ISBN 0-948882-81-6] is a professional speedway rider for Sheffield Tigers.
Cooper is also an accomplished Grasstrack and Long Track rider, reaching the World Final of the latter. He is a multi-British Grasstrack Champion in the minor solo classes. He is the current British 250cc Solo Champion, winning his title at this years event at High Easter, Essex.
