The Torotoroka Scops-owl ("Otus madagascariensis") is a species of owl in the Strigidae family. It is found throughout most of western Madagascar, but the exact distribution limits between it and the Malagasy Scops-owl ("O. rutilus"), with which it was long considered conspecific, require further study.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dry forests.
