Janeshwar Mishra

Shri Janeshwar Mishra a politician from Samajwadi Party is a Member of the Parliament of India representing Uttar Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament. He first became the member of Lok Sabha by trouncing Mr. V.P.Singh by almost 90,000 votes from Allahabad parliamentary constituency in 1997 elections. He served as minister of state for Railways in the Chandra Shekhar government during 1990-91. Currently he is a member of Rajya Sabha.
