Network For Education and Academic Rights

Network For Education and Academic Rights(NEAR) was established in the UNESCO offices in Paris in 2001.It is an organisation based for international collaboration between organisations active in issues of academic freedom and educational rights based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.It has which are hosted by CARA in London.
