"Rhacophorus bisacculus" is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family.It is found in Cambodia, India, Thailand, possibly Laos, and possibly Myanmar.Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, rivers, intermittent rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, and plantations .It is threatened by habitat loss.
