:Created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom for John Milne Barbour on 17 August 1943. Sir Milne Barbour held several offices in the Government at Stormont including Minister of Commerce and Minister of Finance.

*Sir John Milne Barbour, 1st Baronet (1868- 3 October 1951): The Baronetcy became extinct on his death.
