Ontolograph

An Ontolograph is a photographic image that attempts to show a truth or an example of being or existence. The term was first used by Jessi Webb (who also used the name Ontolograph from 2000-2008) in 2000. It was also used in the book Perdido Street Station, by China Miéville. The word ontolograph is a combination of the words ontology and photograph.
