"Eleutherodactylus platydactylus" is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family.It is found in Bolivia and Peru.Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, and heavily degraded former forest.It is threatened by habitat loss.
