- Montreal international language center
For a decade now, the Montreal International Language Centre (MILC) has specialized in providing courses for people wanting to learn a second language or improve their language skills. The school’s pedagogy is based on a conversational approach mixed with grammar studies.
The school is located in downtown Montréal, at the centre of Canada's largest bilingual city, where students are in the centre of the action. MILC shares a modern building dedicated completely to education with LaSalle College and Inter-Dec College.
MILC offers a variety of courses such as English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German and other languages.
Programs and services offered at MILC
Intensive full-time courses are available, as are evening courses for those looking to climb the educational, the corporate ladder or preparing for a trip. Private, semi-private and corporate classes offering a flexible schedule are also available.
The Language Centre offers preparatory courses that help people to pass their immigration interview, the TOEIC and TOEFL exams, which are used by businesses and universities to evaluate the linguistic competency of potential employees and students.
The MILC recently introduced courses in Spanish using dance and rhythm, and Chinese classes with user-friendly computer programs.
The school is accredited by the Canadian Association of Private Language Schools (CAPLS).
