About PING Collection

In February 1998, Perry Ellis International (then Supreme International Corporation) signed a licensing agreement with Karsten Manufacturing Corporation, to develop a men's and boy's PING apparel and accessories collection. The PING Apparel Collection was first launched in August 1998 at the PGA Show in Las Vegas, NV. Initially, the collection had limited distribution to golf pro shops in the United Stated, but during its second year it was rolled out to high-end department and specialty stores.
