Javin Hunter (born May 9, 1980 in Detroit, Michigan) is an American football wide receiver with Team Michigan of the All American Football League (AAFL).

Education

Hunter attended high school at Detroit Country Day School in Beverly Hills, Michigan, where he was also a 3-time All-state basketball player teaming with current Houston Rockets player Shane Battier for 3 straight state basketball championships. He then attended the University of Notre Dame, where he was the college's leading receiver in 2001. NFL career

Though drafted by the Baltimore Ravens, Hunter only played for a short time, playing in 12 games(3 starts) and picking up 35 yards on 5 receptions in 2002. Hunter ruptured his achilles in 2003 and was placed on injured reserve. In September 2005, Hunter was waived with injury by the Ravens.
