Hudsons Coffee is an Australian chain of coffee retailers. It was founded in 1998 by Ros Turner and Mark Hawthorne in Melbourne. Hudsons has 44 stores across Australia. Unlike other coffee retailers like Gloria Jeans, Hudsons doesn't usually operate from shopping centres, instead focusing on CBD areas, hospitals and airports.

Menu

Hudsons Coffee serves mostly espresso-based beverages such as cappuccinos, caffè lattes, long and short macchiatos, long blacks, flat whites, mochas as well as espresso. They also serve beverages other than coffee, such as hot chocolates and teas.

Amongst their cold drinks are fruit smoothies, iced coffees, chocolate and chai teas.

Food varies from store to store, but will usually include a selection of cakes, pastries and sandwiches.
