The song, performed in cockney English, centers around the singer meeting a girl whose appeal is greatly marred by her high self-estimation. It is said by The Streets to be inspired by former S Club 7 singer Rachel Stevens.

The song was featured in EA Sports game "FIFA Football 2005".
