Baronetage of the United Kingdom . It was created on22 December 1905 forLindsay Lindsay-Hogg , ConservativeMember of Parliament for Eastbourne from 1900 to 1906. Born Lindsay Hogg, he assumed by Royal license the additional surname of Hogg in 1906. The fourth Baronet married the actressGeraldine Fitzgerald .
