Frederick Keeton (
October 26 ,1855 —November 27 ,1911 ) was an Englishcricket er. Keeton was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace round-arm bowler who played for Derbyshire. He was born inMosborough and died inBolton .Keeton made his debut during the 1876 season, in a defeat against Lancashire, though he did not make any further first-class appearances for three years. When he made his next appearance, in a game against
Marylebone Cricket Club in which, during the first innings, Thomas Foster made over 50% of the first-innings total before Derbyshire fell to a fifteen-run defeat.Keeton made his final first-class appearance during 1880, in an innings defeat to Yorkshire. He died at the age of 56.
