Ectoslavia

Ectoslavia

Ectoslavia was one of the two pre-Pavement bands that Stephen Malkmus and Bob Nastanovich were in, the other one being Bag O' Bones. Ectoslavia was referred to in the "Slow Century" DVD and also in the book "Perfect Sound Forever". The group only played a handful of shows and was apparently dissolved after the band's drummer told lead singer and future Pavement frontman that he "shouldn't sing anymore."
