"Sixteen Tons" is the second release by the band Weedeater. Two songs from the album, "Woe's Me" and "Kira May" found the band abandoning their traditional style of playing in favor of a more acoustic approach. Weedeater also paid tribute to the late Dale Earnhardt with the song "#3", which features the band playing over television broadcasts of Earnhardt's races.
